First of all, thanks for your comments. I thought it might be a tall leap from Columbine to listening to those in your workplace. You picking up the essence of my point made my day! Dave’s research shows the importance of hearing one another before, during, and after such an event. If we were more present in our daily life maybe there would be less random acts of violence? Columbine was the first book I got on my Kindle. I couldnt stop reading it. I’ve been haunted by it ever since, and I’ve been recommending it to everyone. Please tell Dave that he wrote an amazingly touching, brutally honest, page turner.
