RC of StrangeCulture:

First of all, thanks for your comments. I thought it might be a tall leap from Columbine to listening to those in your workplace. You picking up the essence of my point made my day! Dave's research shows the importance of hearing one another before, during, and after such an event. If we were more present in our daily life maybe there would be less random acts of violence? Your site is great, and I will follow you from here on. Thanks again.

Tracey, I heard a great interview with Dave last week. I really appreciate his work...personally, I don't think I'm ready to read it.

I think your ideas are interesting here...I personally agree that everyone acts with "reason" based on the information they have and their own personal motivations. Good reminder. I shared your perspective in my most recent blog post. You will find a link to your blog in my columbine post. Thanks for posting your thoughts.

Hi Tracey,

Columbine was the first book I got on my Kindle. I couldnt stop reading it. I've been haunted by it ever since, and I've been recommending it to everyone. Please tell Dave that he wrote an amazingly touching, brutally honest, page turner.
