Tracey is an experienced consultant, educator, author, and sought after public speaking specializing in virtual collaboration, global leadership, employee engagement, executive coaching, distance learning, and creating an inclusive workplace.

Tracey is the president of Mile 36 Enterprises, a management consulting firm based in Chicago, IL.  Additionally, she is faculty adviser for the distance learning masters degree program in knowledge management at California State University Northridge (CSUN).   Tracey consults, writes, and speaks on issues impacting today’s workplace particularly the role connectivity plays in innovation and creativity.

Prior to her consulting career, Tracey was Vice President Leadership Development for a Global Fortune 500 organization.  Over the past two decades she has held a variety of roles in consulting, organizational development, sales and financial services.  A trusted adviser, she is adept and establishing and growing key relationships.  Tracey facilitates strategic planning sessions to ensure organizations have the right people in the right roles to remain competitive and attract talent for future success.  She is passionate about and implements learning strategies using social networking and other web 2.0 capabilities.  Tracey is an expert in the role connectivity plays in sparking innovation and creativity.  She believes the ability to continuous learn is the most vital skill to succeed in the the digital age.
