Virtual Collaboration
Teaching in the distance learning program at California State University Northridge (CSUN), Tracey has first-hand experience with the benefits and limitations of e-learning. She consistently receives high rankings from her students for her ability to foster effective virtual collaboration. Her coursework is practical and pragmatic, designed to impart skills necessary to succeed in the digital workplace.
Connectivity and E Learning
Tracey breaks down the hype surrounding what connectivity can and cannot do for you. She specifically addresses the overwhelm people feel trying to keep up with the demands of technology. Her 2 hour interactive session “Social Networking Don’t Believe the Hype” was one of the most popular sessions at Learning 2008.

Inclusiveness and Diversity
Tracey defines diversity and inclusion as the ability of the individual to be seen, heard, and known for their ideas. The issue with most people is the lack of understanding about how to do this. Her approach allows managers to expand their bench to include more people in the execution of their business. Additionally, she coaches individuals to create strategies and tactics to have their ideas acted upon more frequently.
